Some high areas in Amman have witnessed snow showers this morning, as a second-degree weather depression is affecting the Kingdom.

However, no snow accumulation was recorded in any area.

According to the latest weather updates, the Kingdom will remain under the impact of the weather depression in the next few hours.

The northern and central parts of the Kingdom will witness rainfall that may be heavy at times and accompanied by thunderstorms and hail showers.

Areas in the south of Jordan are expected to witness heavy rainfall and hail showers, while the southern high mountains may witness snowfall with accumulation.

The high areas that exceed 1000 meters above sea level in the north and center of the Kingdom may witness light snow.
